This property is located just 5 minutes from the "General Torres" metro and train on foot. If you go down the street, you will come directly to the famous D. Luis I Bridge and to Cais de Gaia. This property has lots of natural light and you will find everything you need during your stay, such as a kitchen with all utensils, a sofa and TV, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom. A fully equipped apartment on the first floor (no elevator) - it is modern and recently renovated. There is one bedroom, a bathroom, a bright living room and there is AC installed at the apartment. The main street is full of many shops, charming historic centre, restaurants, cafés, and unique hotspots, make it the ideal place for your stay in Porto. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
